  • As the Art Director and creative lead, I spearheaded design strategy and creative development for national campaigns and volunteer initiatives, producing a cohesive suite of promotional, incentive, and merchandise materials. Through illustration, apparel, and graphic design, I elevated engagement and reinforced brand connection across diverse audiences and platforms.

  • Promotional materials lacked a unified, emotionally compelling visual identity, limiting volunteer participation and fundraising impact. The objective was to create adaptable, scalable visuals that inspired action while maintaining brand integrity and authenticity.

    • Concept & Illustration: Drew from the organization’s heritage to craft authentic, motivating visual themes, producing illustrations and graphics that communicated campaign spirit.

    • Design & Merchandise: Created incentive items, apparel, and promotional materials that were visually cohesive, engaging, and campaign-specific.

    • System & Framework: Developed a flexible visual system to ensure consistency and scalability for future initiatives.

    • Team Leadership: Guided designers, copywriters, and production partners, fostering collaboration, maintaining quality, and ensuring creative alignment with campaign goals.

    • Increased volunteer engagement and fundraising through emotionally resonant design and branded merchandise.

American Heart Challenge

Developed creative and promotional materials for the American Heart Challenge, a school-based fundraising program engaging middle and high school students. Heart Liive is an innovative livestreaming fundraiser that transforms digital positivity into lifesaving impact. Designed for creators, gamers, and changemakers alike, this program empowers online communities to come together, share their passions, and inspire donations that help save lives.

Life Without Limits

Designed a limited-edition t-shirt celebrating Molly Burdick, a CHD survivor and AHA advocate, capturing her motto “Live Life Without Limits” through dynamic linework and vibrant colors. Launched on ShopHeart.org, the shirt raised funds for her training, boosted CHD awareness, and connected storytelling with merchandise-driven fundraising.

Heart Walk + National Walking Day

Developed creative designs for the national Heart Walk and National Walking Day campaigns, drawing inspiration from the event’s rich legacy as the original ‘Heart Fund.’ The visuals celebrated the longevity and impact of the Heart Walk—one of the organization’s most iconic, nationwide events—by blending heritage elements with modern, energizing design to engage participants across generations.
