  • As the Digital Design Lead, I guided the American Heart Association through a three-year digital migration from Oracle to Sitecore—modernizing a decade-old infrastructure into a unified, data-driven ecosystem. Partnering with leadership, developers, and XCentium, I led the creative and UX vision that shaped a more cohesive, accessible, and scalable digital experience for millions of users nationwide.

  • AHA’s legacy CMS limited efficiency, personalization, and consistency across hundreds of digital touchpoints. The organization needed a flexible, enterprise-level solution capable of delivering personalized, compliant content while maintaining accessibility and brand integrity at scale.

  • As the Digital Design Lead, I provided creative direction and mentorship for a cross-functional team of designers and developers—championing accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and human-centered design at every stage.
